GENDER PAY GAP 2025 SNAPSHOT

Introduction

At EG On the Move Ltd, we are committed to building a fair, inclusive and diverse workplace where all colleagues have equal opportunities to develop and succeed. Monitoring and reporting our gender pay gap is an important part of this commitment, helping us understand how pay is distributed across our workforce and where we can continue to improve.

Our Data

  • Women earned £1 for every £1 that men earned (comparing median hourly pay)
  • Women made up 46.1% of employees in the highest paid quarter, and 57.9% of employees in the lowest paid quarter
  • 42.0% of women received bonus pay, compared with 58.0% of men
  • Women's bonus pay was 6.0% lower than men's (comparing median bonus pay)

Understanding Our Gender Pay Gap

Gender pay gap reporting measures the difference in average pay between men and women across the organisation, irrespective of role. It differs from equal pay, which relates to men and women being paid equally for the same or similar work.

The median gender pay gap indicates that typical earnings between men and women are broadly aligned. The mean gender pay gap is higher and reflects the distribution of roles, particularly at more senior levels where there is currently a higher proportion of men.

Bonus Pay Gap

Differences in bonus outcomes are influenced by the structure of the organisation and the roles eligible for performance-based incentives.

While average bonus outcomes differ, typical bonus outcomes between men and women remain broadly comparable.

Factors Influencing Our Results

Our gender pay gap is not driven by unequal pay practices but reflects the distribution of men and women across different roles, levels and functions.

A higher proportion of men currently occupy some of the most senior roles, which influences the overall mean pay gap.

Our Approach and Commitments

We are committed to reducing our gender pay gap over time by focusing on:

  • Divisional Gender Pay Gap reporting, to identify any specific "hot spots"
  • Talent development and progression
  • Fair and inclusive recruitment and promotion practices
  • Transparent and consistent reward structures
  • Data-led decision making

We will continue to support the development of female talent and ensure diverse candidate pipelines for leadership roles.

Looking Ahead

As EG On the Move continues to grow, we remain committed to creating a more balanced workforce. Our ongoing focus on diversity, inclusion and career development will support improved gender representation over time.
